I have Ph.D. degree in Life Science. I have good academic record with 1st division from my school to Ph.D level. I have been involved in teaching, training, dissertation and research related work. I have teaching experience in school, college and University level with training to IAESTE students of international level. I have been involved in administration work in JECRC University in examination department. I also have experience in management of conference organization.
The Ph.D work was related to stream of biotechnology,microbiology, molecular biology and phytochemistry. In this research somekeratinophilic fungi were isolated and identified by morphological andmolecular characterization. Medicinal plants extracts were isolated and somephytocompounds were purified and identified using some techniques including GC-MS, UV-VIS spectrophotometer. Phytocompounds were isolatedby Column chromatography and analyzed by NMR spectrophotometer. Antimicrobial activity ofplant extracts (preparedfrom fractionation method) were analyzed and all the plant extracts showed verypromising antimicrobial activity against all tested fungal species. Overall the results werepositive and research work was very efficient to describe about diversity ofkeratinophilic fungi in 5 district and also use of medicinal plants to treatmycotic infection.
